If I could give it less than a one star I most definitely would the owner of this property has major issues jeff is incredibly unprofessional entitled passive aggressive and flat out greedy I have a family member that has lived here for 7 years he was here before Jeff bought the place and he has been so unprofessional and rude towards my elderly family member for quite some time now and has been trying to push him out of the park well now that he has decided to actually move on Jeff came over yelling at the people buying the fifth wheel that they aren't supposed to be there and HE was supposed to be keeping my elderly family members property and told my mother and I that he dosen't allow people to sell things because he wants to know everything going on Jeff had literally a crowd of people out here being incredibly passive aggressive and rude the entire time so I do not recommend staying here for any period time unless you are looking to be treated poorly I mean we almost had to call law enforcement because Jeff was trying to stop the sale I mean the ONLY bright side to this place is they have actual alpacas you can feed but I'd just recommend going to the zoo

I stayed at this wonderful RV park in July. Aside from the beautiful scenery, the alpacas, the nearby river and amenities what sets this place apart from the others is the management. I came in at the last second and the management/owners made concessions for me so I could stay the night. Instead of a flat out no, they problem solved to accomodate my needs. They even checked in with me before they left for the night. Pride in ownership!

Great camping spot, and right next to the river. Spacious spots, hook ups and clean bathrooms. Dog- and Kid-friendly and wonderful welcoming hosts! Cute alpacas for the kids to feed too :)
