If you have a large party can you reserve a couple days and if you can..... What's the earliest you can make it?

I believe if you have a party of 10 or 12 or more but if not I don't think so

You can call and make a reservation a few days before.

This week they just introduced online reservations however there is a $50 upcharge to reserve. Event bookings is always an option but requires the packages and advance notice.
