False advertising. Don't deliver to the radius they say. Should be 20 miles. And they can't even do 12 miles.. sad. They shouldn't even proclaim they do,if they can't do what they preach.

Most pizza places have a 5 mile radius limit, others will do 10 with an additional charge. Only a couple will do further distances with very large orders like for schools or churches. But I have NEVER heard of ANY pizza place that will deliver 20 miles. And I used to manage a pizza place.

Each franchise has ability to skate by and change certain rules and regulations that come from corporate. Unfortunate but its only pizza
