Nope, it's just like a normal restaurant, bays are separate and range $25/35/45 per/hr depending on the time of day.

You are more than welcome to come in and eat without having to play at a bay.

There is a restaurant where you can eat and not have to play. The cost per hour is only applied when playing golf.
