The signature chicken and dumplings looked as though they were scraped out of the bottom of the pan, a disaster. What has happened to the great food they are known for?

I agree food and service has really declined lately at the Elmsly Court cracker barrel I have been eating there for 15 years and this is the worst it has ever been..

My wife and I have been eating at the Emsley Court CB since it opened. Rarely has the food or the service been unsatisfactory. When it has the management has handled it professionally. No food service organization is perfect but the management and staff at this CB is one of the best.
