Yes. Over 21 and ID I, personally, don't like the pre-rolled. They're something like 15$ maybe a little less, and they're not very tightly rolled and they have a 1 inch crutch. I'd rather spin my own.

Can the I.D. be from any state or just the state of mass?

Yes.21 with a State issued ID. As for the prerolls they are generally 1/2 gram and 10-12 dollars. I'm not big on joints (so I may be the wrong person on this one) The flower was quite potent and smelled good unlit but they were filled them with 100%shake and all I could taste was the paper. They were nicely done however with a cardboard crutch and a child resistant doob tube (very hard to open) This isn't the dispensary near Ken's bowl. It's on W. Housatonic street near the dollar general
