My router button does not shut off. Is this a problem? I have always pushed it and on the small screen the word "goodbye" would appear. This no longer happens. Does this mean it is on 24 hours a day? I am handicapped and cannot come to your store.

You can also pull tje battery and it will be off

If the button doesn't work..you should be able to log off and it should be off that way..log off..or sign off..
