Here's what I do if I just show up and want a hot and ready pizza but don't want to wait for one to be made. Before I order, I ask the staff how many of the Hot and Ready Pepperoni Pizza's are available. If they have them ready, I place my order. If not, I can choose to either wait or go somewhere else. It has only happened to me a couple of times, if I don't do it this way, they sometimes ring you up first and then tell you later what the wait time is after you've paid. Anyways, it works for me.
Things are not always the same... we cant compare time on rush hour time.... i didnt had wait much for my order.....
I had no problem ordering online and picking it up. They gave me the time, I went there it was 5 minutes. I was surprised to see how busy they were.
I waited in there for 45 minutes for an online order that was placed 20 minutes before I arrived. This place has really gone down the toilet.
I know... sometimes it's not real..
