I was at the Tap 12/14 and lost my receipt. If I have the date, time and card used and approx. amount is there anyway to get a copy of the receipt re-printed?

Two possible ways. 1) if you paid with debit/credit, they could issue your information. 2) If you call the manager there, she/he could probably issue one to you.
