As this is an employee store you would have to be added to the list by a current employee. Otherwise you would get on the list because Nike has offered privileges to your company and its employees. For example once a year Nike allows first responders and hospital employees shopping priviledges by presenting the employee badge on a specific day or week. Your employer would have to arrange this with management at Nike.
