Exactly who answers the questions submitted. Approximately how long does it take to get response?

Frequent shoppers mostly, some may even be former or current employees. And it really depends on what day it is since most of us have day jobs, but we try to answer as soon as we can :)

I'm just a local guide or a shopper. If it's a question I can answer, I do. If it's a question about hours or something the person could simply Google, I don't answer.
