Yes they have a inside & outside pool that you can enjoy.

Murphy location - no pool. Cherokee location - yes, they have indoor and outdoor pools.
Casino in Cherokee yes. 2, 1 indoors and 1 outside with cabanas. Casino in Murphy does not have a pool yet. I have never seen one there.
There is no pool on the property. We stayed Wednesday 6/13th and we took our kids to Cherokee Recreation park which is free and a pool for a few dollars open to the public across the street. Everyone was friendly and everything was clean
Not too sure about the pool area. I've never stayed in the actual Hotel part there in the middle of adding a few things but pool is not one of them I believe.. but the casino is a very good place the food court is nice but expensive doesn't smell as bad as most places and they have one side that you can hardly smell cigarettes at all. The workers are constantly cleaning and pick up stuff people leave behind I've been in there more than my share of times and I've never seen it dirty
