Great food and the service was absolutely amazing. Our waitress was amazing with my kids. One who is a very picky eater but she didn't make him feel put out for not wanting to eat what everyone else was. And she even drew them little pictures which made the experience even better.

If you've read my other reviews, you know I'm a picky, hard to please reviewer. That being said; this restaraunt is a diamond in the rough! We were amazed at the service, our waitress and host were both very personable, down to earth, honest and hard working. We had selected the burger steak, and chicken. Both were flavorful, juicy, and arrived still quite hot. The Mac n cheese was 'hit the spot' on, and unfortunately on the last go around, we didn't leave much room for dessert.. but we look forward to our return for some! Thank you, Julie for welcoming us into the family. 🙏

The comforts of home cooked meals and the hospitality that comes with it. Julie’s Place seems to be the oasis in the economically depressed and restaurant lacking area of Peachtree. Beautifully decorated with Christian themed local art and home decor, with many items for sell. This mother and daughters owned and operate establishment offers a wide variety of feel good lunch and dinner meals. First up was the mouth watering, made from scratch biscuits and apple butter. Flaky and warm biscuits with the complimentary subtle taste of apple butter spread over it. My main course was the Julie's Bowl with the mashup of fried chicken chunks, mashed potatoes, creamed corn, brown gravy and shredded cheddar-jack cheese sprinkled on top. Good flavor with plenty of ingredients that went well together. Temperature of food could have been hotter. Completing the meal, fried apple pie and ice cream. Not real sweet, just a subtle apple filling with a flaky crust fried to perfection. Ice cream did add a touch of sweetness. Dining area was an open floor plan with tables and chairs, tastefully decorated, with the feel of being down home. Service was impeccable, friendly and food was reasonably priced and came quickly.

Great lunch today! Fresh, cold salad, fried catfish and creamed corn. Catfish was hot, thin breading with delicious taste. Best creamed corn I've had anywhere. Delicious biscuits with apple butter! Very clean with lovely country decor and friendly and efficient waitresses. Daily specials and nice variety of foods on menu. We will go back again soon.
