Is there a way to get to the parking area in a non-4WD sedan? My car slid on the gravel most of the way, then we had to turn around when the jeep in front of us nearly bottomed out. I hate that we can't visit just because we don't own a 4WD...

Hope you do try again!! We have a truck and was still little sketchy, so I'm sure car is horrible getting up there. We are moving tjere so just going to incorporate the road into our ride, now that should be interesting. Lol good luck cause the trails so far are sick!

We've had a ton of rain recently. I'm sure they'll get it sorted soon.

A lot of it depends on what recent weather has been. If it's dry, you can do it with just 2 wheel drive. However, the more this road is used, ground clearance will start to become an issue.

Thanks Charles and Jerry! Sounds like it is just where water has cut through the road and made it partially impassable. We will try again when it hasn't rained recently.
