I want to watch the stars without hiking . is it possible to drive up there at night and stsy there for a couple hours?

No it's a state park , if you want to ride pay 5 per person and wait on van ,which they get when you drive in so walk -ride you still pay

You can ride their van up but not sure about at night, not likely.

They allow handicapped to drive up

I don't think they allow driving up there. But its not a long hike.
