Yes the sisters use their names for the restaurant they own. Same food just a different sister. Mmmmm good.
Liz, Andrea, and Michelle are the names of the 3 daughters of the owner. As per why there are so many Michelle's, only 1 Liz's, and a couple Andrea's locations... It would be easier from a book keeping and tax standpoint.
