I don’t think that he meant it in a bad way. This store is in a urban location and most of the staff here are not American. It is difficult to communicate in this store because a lot of the staff don’t speak English well and sometimes don’t quite understand what you are asking. And because I live near this particular location I go here because of convenience not because customer services are great
