Scheduling, but many stores now have express check out with at least 8 registers. Some only use debit/credit cards.

Their not good at scheduleing

Job security. If you wait they only have to pay one person. If you leave they have to pay one person to put your choices away. They should hire the people panhandling in the parking lot. They seem to be very consistent.
