Does anyone know what time the customer service desk closes at the newcut and outerloop store? Becuz there hours always seems to be different from everyone else's.

Customer service was closed at 6pm wen i tried to return things one day.. An yes since the covid outbreak this store has sort of feel apart an is not the same as it once was..

I think 9 it always has been 9 but since the covid im not sure.

See that's what I'm talking about noone really knows what's going on with this store becuz they change things around so much. An then don't ever want to answer the phone. But Thank you both for your answers. 🙂
