I ordered for pickup and when I sent my son to pick up they told him he had to come back next day. He can see my order on the counter. What is the deal with the pick up in store if you can't pick up for 24hrs?

Why does you have to wait till the next day it was already it is on the counter why do I have to wait until the next day that is not good business for the company a Walmart I should have received it the same day not the next day

Call and ask to speak to a manager and let them know that your son was just in there to pick up your order and it was on the counter

I keep calling and either put me on hold or disconnect me. Even tried chat the store and wait time was 15 just for someone to answer.

Request the assistance of the manager or someone competent enough to realize that your package is sitting right there on the counter not everyone that works at Walmart has common sense
