Id say 1/2 pound per sandwich to be a good sammich
1 pound of pulled pork normally feeds 3-4 people depending on how much you pile on the bun. 4 oz is a smaller serving: 4 x 4 oz = 16 oz or 1 pound. 5 oz is a more traditional serving size though.
