Yes they do accept out of state ID,s.
You cannot use an ID from another state for medical. Maybe recreational. When in Nevada last yr, we could not get medical with out of state ID, but we could purchase recreational. It probably differs state to state. Some states out West have a compact with bordering states, and those few are absolutely interchangeable, for medical or recreational.
