You can put any mix of veggies and/or meats together on a plate and hand it to them to make the omelet with. I like the spinach, tomato/onion/cilantro salsa with ham and cheese...yummy!
Yes I do have wonderful omelette bar made fresh right in front of you. And I'd say having too much bacon is never a problem but that's just me.
They did when I was there but it was a big disappointment as there was way to much stuff in it to be called an omelette, I love bacon but 1 cup of bacon for a small omelette was overpowering
