They were supposed to fix a friend's printer after he had brought it in numerous times and they finally said it was a problem with his home network connecting to his wireless printer. You really need to call them.

I recommend a water treatment and diagnostics $99(non refundable) parts not included. Water treatment gets all components cleaned from water which causes damage and prevents electronics to work right. The procedure is a 50/50 based on our experience with over a thousand devices treated.
