It is both a bank and a cafe. You can open checking and savings accounts or apply for credit cards. It is a non traditional bank with areas to sit and use the internet while having coffee. The space also has private meeting rooms available upon request. I hear your frustration in it not being specified. I went in and gathered all this info because it wasn't clear to me either.
It is what banking should have always been. It is the understanding and realization of another dinosaur industry that people matter and the service experience matters. Hopefully others will soon follow or be left in the dust!
