Oh my word!! I don’t know how to say this without writing an ENTIRE book. These people here are AMAZING!! If I could give better than a 5-star rating I would. They went above and beyond all our expectations. The wonderful people who helped …

I just had one of the best CS experiences ever provided by Amy, a Capital One ambassador at this location. Personable, bright and enthusiastic about finding a solution for an issue with one of my Capital One accounts, forget about Jennifer Gardner or other celebrity spokespersons, Amy is the one you want. Customer delight achieved!!!

09/18/21: 4.75 out of 5 - Came to deposit money into my Capital One account. Seems to the only place I am available to do so in the Portland area. …We rate this review a 5 out of 5, as it's thorough, informative, and made us smile. Thanks for the props, Therd, and we hope to see you in person again soon! ^VS

It is both a bank and a cafe. You can open checking and savings accounts or apply for credit cards. It is a non traditional bank with areas to sit and use the internet while having coffee. The space also has private meeting rooms available upon request. I hear your frustration in it not being specified. I went in and gathered all this info because it wasn't clear to me either.
Validation not offered at Capital One Cafe
Yes.
My best guess is potential Inclement Weather.
Atm yes/cafe was not
You can not purchase bonds or cds and such. They assist in opening accounts and applying for cards and answering questions. Some classes to help like money management. They have a coffee house and lots of seating. They have ATMs that allow deposits as well withdrawals and transfers and most basic online banking services for your account. There are no actual bank tellers or money services except throb the ATM.
Don't know, but the Peet's franchise in the Cap1 cafe has been offering -- the last several times I've been there -- a free cookie to anyone who orders a drink.
I don't know, every time I go I just make deposits. But I'm pretty sure it's like most ATMs you can get anywhere from three to five hundred dollars
It's open now!
No it is all boarded up at this time
No unfortunately
No
There are no tellers in the Capital one Cafe. There are Ambassadors there who help can assist an individual with general questions or issues. They can also connect the individuals with customer service for a more in depth issues. Hope this helps.
I believe you can use the atm in the lobby for that.
No
Absolutely. They're always there to help but never intrusive or pressure you to do anything except to enjoy the cafe. It's pretty cool.
I believe so. But am not sure. Enjoy not open a capital one account
