So if they are closed because of the fire how the hell am I suppose to get my tv fixed (green and black line just came across it while I was playing a videogame) only having a one year warranty on it because that’s all I could afford at the time

If your TV is over 45in you should call Geek Squad. They will send a tech to your house to determine the problem. And if you need to get a new TV. They will advise on what location would service your TV needs for a local Best Buy.
