The food gets a 4 stars but the service a 1 star. Twice they have shorted me on my order. First time I got home to find out a sandwich was missing. Then today before I leave their area, I checked and they have me 3 sandwiches and I ordered 4. You cannot go inside and the drive through was extremely busy and slow. So I called explaining I was just in drive through and what I was missing. They wanted me to wait because they had orders to fill. Excuse me, my order was in before the new ones and they did not fill it correctly and I had to wait. After I complained more, they sent someone out with my sandwich. If your order is more than two sandwiches, check your bag at the drive up window to make sure your order is right and if not, they can make it right before you leave.

Twice now within a week my wife and I got the chicken salad sandwich. All 4 sandwiches were only partially filled with chicken salad. I wrote a complaint to the Arby's corporate office. They didn't even both to respond. In my book this is false advertisement.

Choose the drive thru option too get my fresh hot tasty fish sandwich. This sandwich definitely stands out among the competition. It was prepared perfectly and the Arby's drive thru employee was very friendly.

Their menu board is damaged which is fine because online menus are better to use anyways, but we pulled up at 7:50pm just for them to be closed, with employees cleaning inside. Google and their website still says they close at 10pm and there was no early close message posted. Disappointing, went to taco bell instead.We're sorry to hear this.
