You pay for wifi through a third party. We had no problem with it.
I have stayed there many time and never had an issue. As a member of Worldmark, Wi-Fi is free, but if you are not a member there is a per day fee.

No, you have to pay for it and ours didn't work.
It's a large resort. Mine worked. But I was near lodge.
