This is a booking question. Call the hotel or booking service. As for the breakfast it was a hot buffet style. The staff was working hard to keep it clean and stocked. We sat by the pool and enjoyed the quiet with coffee.
We had nice breakfast when we visited this Best Western on Nov 2015.
We had a very delicious and unlimited breakfast and the service was excellent. Better contact the hotel management or the travel agent booked your accommodation.
Was a great free breakfast. Tip the ladies they work hard.
