Not generally. No balls in the water or boogie boards allowed. The lifeguards are really strict. If you go down past where the river inlets, you can sometimes use boards or floaters
It was my first trip there couldn't tell you.
We had no issues with having some in the water but we also were away from where the lifeguards were
I believe so! Kids had noodles and my kids both wore vests. I don't think inflatable are allowed though.
