If it is a problem with your in-store receipt, go to the store you purchased it from. If it is a problem with your redcard, call the number on the back of the card.
The best person to contact is the customer service manager who can put you in contact with the Store Director. The Store Director can help guide you through the process of correcting your issue.

If you made an in-store purchase, contract that Target direct. If you made the purchase online, sign into you're account and there should be directions regarding your particular order and how/who to follow-up with.
