What a strange question! You need to ask a doctor about that.
I am unsure. I know that people have and can develop food allergies and react in different ways. I have never heard of this happening personally. But I would never assume to suggest that it could not without knowing more information. This is what I found by doing a quick google: Boils are usually caused by a bacteria called Staphylococcus (staph). Some staph infections develop into abscesses and can become serious very quickly. This germ can be present on the normal skin and enters the body through tiny breaks in the skin or by traveling down a hair to the follicle. I am not sure if this helps.
Got to a doctor
