It is a free public beach.
Free. You can take your dog all over the park but not the sand.
No admission fee, playground across the street, changing/bathroom/rinse house, pavilions and some grilling sites with picnic tables. Very nice beach. there are stairs..lots of stairs because the beach front sits down the hill.
