Shuttle buses are from the parking lot, the the door.
Shuttle service from your car to the door and back. Also available for the oversize lot. In general it does not leave the property. If you have a group they may consider a residential pick-up. They only go to a couple of hotels if prearranged. They do not have a set shuttle route for off property. Current hours are Wednesday and Thursday 4pm to 11:45pm, Friday through Sunday 6pm to 1:45am.
Shuttle schedules can be found online. Much cheaper than UBER or LYFT
There are Charter busses that come in from Grand Rapids MI, Lansing/Jackson area. Rockford/Greenville MI, Muskegon. Look it up on Gun Lake Casino Website for the info you need. Transportation, Promotions and dining info.

I don't think they offer a shuttle bus to residential. You would have to use Uber or taxi to bring in.
I know they have a shuttle from Bay Pointe Inn which is the nearest hotel. I have also seen charter busses, but I'm not sure where they originate from.
Have seen shuttle busses but I have no idea where they pick up from.
