Secure unlike the other storage sites in Wayland. Owner can actually be reached when needed. Better lighting and location. Reasonable rates. Cleaner facility.

Owners are awesome, they are very helpful if you need to change to either a smaller or larger unit. I would have been a longer customer here but no longer needed off site storage for my belongings after I moved. Also the prices here are very competitive and are better then everyone around.
