I can only see the answer here, but to elaborate on the question of pets at the bar: Pets are only allowed on the back patio. To bring a pet in, you have to ask an employee to unlock the gate to the patio, and bring your pet directly through that gate, never entering the bar itself. I think that satisfies the FDA regulation requirements, because they aren't allowed inside the establishment.
