Do they rent wheel chairs at the fair? If so rate and can it be reserved

They have several wheel chair booths. I'm not sure if they can be reserved or what the rate is. We went in the afternoon and there were plenty left at the locations I saw.

You can get off the shuttle from the handicap parking lot at a chair rental. I don't know what the rate is

The last time I went it was $50 to rent a scooter
