You'll probably have to ask for it when you leave I believe they give a stamp. Tho I'm not 100% sure I'd ask when you enter. Hope this helps

You won't leave. It takes too long to park. And they will probably hit you up for parking the second time. The fair is the entire area inside the entire complex, so you can enter and leave the buildings as you wish.
