Why is it every place in NC has to wear masks but this location does not. I just left the store and there are 3 people inside with no masks and one walking into the store. The front entrance clearly states masks required but not enforced?

Same thing I saw at the J in Florida 4 hours ago. Should offer mask or leave. Pretty simple. Can't fix stupid.
