Service is decent most of the time. I go here often and some employees are very rude and impolite. Other times they are very nice and respectful. I just wish they didn't mess up on the orders so often.

Yesterday I bought a double cheeseburger and small fries. Nasty, nasty, nasty!! The burger just didn't taste good and the fries were limp and must have been left over from the day before. I'm so done with this store. I will order from Hwy. 55, and Nik's from now on!

Yes and i have the same issue i have to go back to get it fixed or they will leave something out i half to go back to get it... Thats why i always check my order before i leave the window or the counter
