Minus bread it should be. Just order the platers and you should be okay.
The meats are gluten free. The buns are not. So just get a platter instead of a sandwich. Deanna's list of sides is correct. The picked beets are wonderful, just like my mother used to make. I have the Currituck BBQ recipe book, checked on the sweet potato casserole. It has flour in it, if they make it like in Larry's recipe book. Too bad, because it's fantastic too.
Gluten free items are as follows.. Pork BBQ, Pulled Beef brisket, ribs, pulled bbq chicken, rotisserie chicken, burnt ends, coleslaw, pickled beets, apple sauce, green beans, & baked beans. Hope this helps!
