Like I said their customer service is for the birds
I bought Best Buy insurance on a laptop but I only found out afterwards that they will only fix it up to the price of the laptop so if one day it goes haywire and it cost the amount you paid for it to fix it (they can send laptops out for repair)the next day after that it goes out again you're on your own. If they would have explained what the insurance actually covered I wouldn't have purchased it.
Keep entering random answers that dont make sense.. it will figure out it cant understand you and will connect you with a real person.. same deal with cust service over the phone.. when the automated agent asks you a question, respond with a bunch of indicernable gibberish. It will quickly give up and tell you that it cant understand your answer.. then you'll hear. "Im having trouble understanding your answer, just a moment while I connect you to a LIVE agent."
Their staff tries to avoid customers because they may be overwhelmed. When i need help i go to the customer service desk and ask there. They usually can get an associate quickly or at least get you an answer.
