I agree, you need to call someone when the store opens. They're maybe other calleds, however, it's better since most people call later in the day.
Best buy phone lines are always busy, especially at the San Bernardino store. If you got cut off the system might have a time limit on it. I suggest that you either call right after the store opens or do an in person visit.you can also get with best buy customer service in the best buy app or online. It might be better. I always go in person when I have an issue.
Did you tell the computer what department you wanted? Sometimes I just ask for a different department and have a real person transfer me.
