North and south falls should be accessible. There's one close to the area with the store.
I know for certain that you can see one of the South falls from your chair, I am unsure of the others though because I have not been to all of them. It would be well worth it, it is very beautiful, I would post a pic for you of the fall I'm talking about if I knew how! Lol

You should be able to see north and south falls. Both great options! I recommend the area and would come to OR again for this alone!
I saw a few on the path hopefully you have some one with you may some help well worth it if you go
