Hey, best close to parking lot and suitable for swimming is the upper north fall. Short and easy walk too. Water are obviously freezing, but totally suitable for swimming

Both the North and South falls are close to parking. But I've never seen anyone swimming at either of them.

Website says the trails are dog-friendly, but there were signs at the park that said there were no dogs allowed on the trails. We were disappointed to go there with our dog and see the signs and have to return home. Are dogs allowed?
