Maple ridge loop is 2.6. We took a 5 year old no problem. There are stairs, roots, and branches and an uphill on the back side. If you want to you can cut it short and turn around after the first two falls.
North falls is an easy hike. Upper North falls too.
There is a shorter hike. The actual "silver falls loop". It is about 7 miles I'd say. You end up cutting through by winter falls and not doing the additional loop.
