The hike is rated as easy/moderate, if you did the big loop that has 8 of the 10 waterfalls it's about five miles. The smaller loop is about 2.5 miles.
There are maps to use available at the park
So many trails of different lengths and difficulties. There are maps of the trails. And loops, so you can turn back. I have severe arthritis. I just go slow lol
There's a few options from one mile to I think 10? I'm 35wks pregnant and did the one mile hike pretty easily.
The one we did was about 7 miles, but there are various lengths.
