Dogs are only allowed on the Rim trail. You won't see a majority of the falls but it's still a nice trail.

You can bring dogs!!! Check the map to make sure which trails. Last I was aware... Rim, Bike, Backcountry and Perimeter!
Yes for some trails . If you have a small dog you can probably carry them not for big dogs
Yes there are trails designated for dogs and trails that dogs are not allowed.
