What is the level of difficulty on this trail? Is it very slippery? What is the weather like around the end of August? Should we bring a coat? I would guess that Texas people might needa coat....lol

The trails can be slippery around the waterfalls, there are different levels of difficulty depending on the trail, but to most of the waterfalls I don't find them to be to hard. Trails can be a bit steep in places, so the hike back from say north falls can be more difficult then to south falls. Weather should be great. 80s for temps. Should still be nice and warm. (I like 80 -100 myself lol)

There are several trails of varying difficulty. The trail of Ten Falls is pretty popular, about 7 miles and medium intensity. Weather could vary from day to day, but August is generally still pretty warm. Could be up to 100 degrees, more likely 80.

I am very out of shape and was able to do the whole loop, no problem. The stairs going down are a little precarious but otherwise pretty straight forward. I would definitely bring an umbrella if you're from Texas 😋
